A place to slow down

You don’t have to carry it alone.

Life and ministry can move so quickly that we lose touch with the stress and pain our bodies are carrying. Counseling creates room to listen, make sense of your story, and move toward deeper connection—with yourself, with others, and with God.

Cross-cultural understanding

Care from counselors who understand life between cultures.

Fifteen years in teaching and counseling roles across East Asia, Nancy’s upbringing there, and their cross-cultural marriage shape Curt and Nancy’s understanding of the beauty, complexity, strain, and growth that can come with life between cultures.

“Some of us have never been invited to explore the parts of our story that deeply affected us.”

Our team

Curt & Nancy Spigelmyre

Curt and Nancy are Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists who bring clinical training, Christian faith, and deeply personal cross-cultural experience into the counseling relationship.

Together, they understand the complexity of life between cultures. Curt spent fifteen years in teaching and counseling roles across East Asia, while Nancy was born and raised there before moving between Asia and North America. Their cross-cultural marriage and life raising three energetic boys continue to shape the compassion and perspective they offer individuals, couples, families, missionaries, and ministry workers.

Both create thoughtful, welcoming spaces where clients can explore their stories, understand relational patterns, and move toward healing and deeper connection.
